The principal focus of our project is birdwatching. We offer high quality, tailor-made birding experiences in the Alta Floresta area. To that end, we offer birding outings on the Fazenda Anacã property in addition to outings to other sites in the region (the latter outings charged separately). Our external outings are half or full day trips to partner properties in the region, allowing our guests to observe and photograph a greater diversity of bird species while also contributing to the growth of sustainable tourism in our region. External outings include 4WD vehicles, motor boat (on certain itineraries only), and the services of a local guide who is gaining experience with the area's birds and who already knows the voices and territories for many key species. We also work together with professional bilingual birdwatching guides who are intimately familiar with the birds of the region; the services of these guides must be contracted in advance and are subject to availability.
